  • Where is the salon?

    Shop 5, 293 Guildford Road, Maylands, Perth, WA, 6051

  • Is there parking?

    Yes, 3 car bays out the front shared with hair salon clients and street parking. Also, cafe/restaurant car parks in the complex


    Do not park in the non-labeled bays 

  • Arriving to your appointment

    The salon door maybe locked. This may be due to the hair salon not being open that day, and I'm in the salon by myself and have to lock the door to do clients Treatments. Also I may be just finishing up with a client.

    If this is the case, please take a seat on the blue bench seat in the garden and I shouldn't be too long.

  • Can I pay by card?

    Yes, I have a card reader.

  • What is the beauty membership program and how does it work?

    Beauty memberships are another way to enjoy your monthly treatments, at a lower rate as you are paying smaller regular payments over a 12month period. plus, extra monthly perks

  • What are the benefits of joining the beauty membership program?

    Benefits are priority booking for the duration of your memberships and smaller regular payments that you won't notice coming out of your account.



  • How much does the beauty membership cost and what is included in the membership fee?

    The membership fee by adding up the total of treatment over the 12 months divided by the number of weeks in the year.

    Members also receive a 10-15 % off when signing up.

  • Can I use my beauty membership benefits immediately after signing up?

    Absolutely, you can sign up in salon and receive perks straight away.

  • What services and treatments are covered by the beauty membership program?

    Eye trio- lash and brow tint and brow sculpt/wax


    Eye trio with brow stain/dye- lash and brow dye/stain with brow sculpt/wax


    Bespoke facial- Personalised facial plan- Sircuit peels and Hydrabrasion facials

  • Are there any discounts or special offers exclusive to members?

    10% off full priced retail.


    Priority booking for the year- treatments pre booked for the year.


    Monthly perks - Are going to be a surprise when you come in for your treatments- eye and lip masks and brow jelly masks, brow scrubs and massages.

  • Can I share my beauty membership with someone else?

    No, it exclusive to one member only.


    You are welcome to recommend the beauty memberships to your friends and family. and receive a special something in return, if they name drop you.

  • How long does my beauty membership last and is it automatically renewed?

    Memberships run for 12months and be reassessed and renewed at the end of the 12months.

  • Can I cancel my beauty membership at any time, and will there be any penalties?

    Yes, you can cancel, A month's notice must be given. 

  • Are there any restrictions of blackout dates for using the beauty membership benefits?

    Membership treatments are strictly 4weekly bookings.


    If your booking falls on a public holiday well move it to a later date. Eg. if the salon is for public holidays, Christmas easter etc. or staff have planned holidays, sufficient notice will be given to our members to reschedule bookings.

  • Can I transfer my beauty membership to another person or get a refund?

    No, best to cancel your membership.

  • How can I sign up for the beauty membership program?

    You can sign up in salon or be sent a link to sign up.



  • What happens if I miss an appointment that I booked using my beauty membership?

    If you have No showed to your booking that one will be forfeited.


    if you need to reschedule one booking and have given the correct amount of notice 24 hours, we can tack one on the end of your membership.

  • Will my membership fee increase over time?

    Not while you are on your membership. If there is a salon increase when renewing at the end of the 12 months there could be a possibility.

  • Are there any limitations on the number of services I can have with my membership?

    Yes. your membership is worked out with a certain number of treatments and booked monthly for the duration of 12 months.

  • Is the beauty membership program available to everyone?

    Yes, everyone is welcome to sign up if they like what's on offer.

  • Will my unused beauty membership benefits roll over to the next month?

    Beauty membership benefits should be used at the time of beauty membership booking.

  • What happens if I want to schedule a service that is not covered by the beauty membership program?

    No problem, as long as you give at least 24hrs notice for rescheduling.

  • Can I pause my beauty membership if I’ll be away or unable to use the benefits for an extended period?

    Yes, as long as you give notice and dates of how long you'll be away.

  • Can I purchase a beauty membership as a gift for someone else?

    I can't see why not. as long as they know all the details. 

  • Are there any exclusive events or gatherings for beauty members?

    Keep your eyes and ears open for a member only event. let's party!
